Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Haven. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Haven is a real-time social platform operated as an "Intermediary" under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021.
Eligibility & Age Restrictions
Haven is intended for adults. By using the platform, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the video chat features.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are not currently banned or restricted from Haven.
Prohibited Content (Instant Ban)
Compliance with IT Rules 2021: You must not host, display, upload, or share any information that:
- Is obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, or contains nudity.
- Is defamatory, insulting, or harassing on the basis of gender or religion.
- Promotes illegal activities, including drugs, weapons, or terrorism.
- Includes personal data of others (doxing) without explicit consent.
- Contains any content that violates Indian law or sovereignty.
Termination & Automated Bans
We utilize both automated AI scanners (NSFW detection) and user reporting systems. We reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate accounts exhibiting prohibited behavior.
- Issue temporary bans for multiple consistent reports in a short window.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies if illegal content is detected.
